Shanelle Campbell & Jenna McGrath Recognized for Instructional Leadership and Collaboration
Shanelle Campbell and Jenna McGrath were recognized for their leadership in supporting teachers and students through high expectations and collaboration. Their work includes leading professional development, coordinating cross-campus observation opportunities, and launching Teacher Talks at Bolin Elementary to provide targeted, teacher-led learning experiences that directly support campus needs.
Shari Sawyers Recognized for Fostering a Vibrant Learning Community
Shari Sawyers, Library Media Specialist at Cheatham Elementary, was recognized for cultivating a vibrant and engaging learning environment that supports the entire campus community. Through innovative programming, leadership of campus events, and daily efforts that inspire a love of reading, she creates a welcoming hub of collaboration and celebration that strengthens Cheatham Elementary’s Culture of Excellence.
Karol Day Recognized for Transportation Leadership and Service
Karol Day, Director of Transportation, was recognized for her proactive leadership and commitment to excellence in ensuring reliable transportation for district programs and events. From maintaining semi trucks on a strict schedule to coordinating complex out-of-state logistics and stepping in to assist a neighboring district during an emergency, her dedication reflects the collaborative spirit and high standards that define Allen ISD’s Culture of Excellence.
