Allen ISD recently celebrated the dedication and achievements of its school nurses during a special recognition event.
The highest honor went to Linda Daniels, RN, named Allen ISD School Nurse of the Year 2025. Linda’s leadership, clinical expertise, and devotion to student well-being have made her a standout professional within the nursing team and a trusted presence in her school community.
Benny Bolin, RN, was honored upon his retirement, marking 12 years of service at Allen High School. Kellie Koch, RN, was celebrated as this year's Bell Ringer and honored for her five years of service. Bell Ringer award winners are nominated by their peers for outstanding contributions to students, their department, and the district.
Three new team members were named Rookies of the Year:

Hannah Armentrout, RN
Additionally, Anna Worster, RN, and Brooke Eung, RN, received the Director’s Award for Excellence in Clinic Management for their leadership and dedication to maintaining high standards in clinic operations.
