An incoming Curtis Middle School Family talks with a teacher at the Middle School Exp Night

Allen ISD recently hosted its Middle School Expo Night, providing incoming middle school students and their families an informative first look at life at Curtis, Ford, and Ereckson Middle Schools.

Families explored academic offerings, discovered a wide array of extracurricular activities, and gained insights into daily student. Attendees had the chance to:

  • Meet teachers, counselors, and administrators face-to-face at their new campus

  • Ask questions about course selection, CORE classes, and elective options – including athletics, physical education, CTE (Career and Technical Education), Fine Arts, and LOTE (Languages Other Than English)

  • Tour school facilities and learn about the diverse clubs, programs, and opportunities waiting for students

By connecting families directly with the middle school experience, the district helps ensure that students new to middle school feel confident and supported.
