Five elementary students will advance to the Collin County Spelling Bee after participating in Allen ISD’s annual Spelling Bee held in the STEAM Center’s Ellipse Theater on Jan. 15. Students from 11 district elementary schools competed in the event.
Our top 5 spellers are: Eleanor Bregman (5th grader at Preston), Reyansh Chethan (5th grader at Kerr), Aditya Angarai (6th grader at Vaughan), Prithiv Sathish (5th grader at Lindsey) and Vibhuthi Rajan (4th grader at Norton).
The advancing students will compete in the Collin County Spelling Bee at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, in Plano Senior High School.
