You did it! Here’s what you need to know about final transcripts and Skyward access:

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS:

• Available: Early to mid-June

• Where: Skyward → Student Portfolio

• What Students Should Do:

  • View, print, or download your final unofficial transcript

  • Download your immunization records (often required for college)

  • Save any other important documents (e.g., 504 paperwork)

SKYWARD ACCESS – Students and Parents:

• Available Through: June 19, 2025

• Access Ends: June 20, 2025
  After this date, graduates and parents/guardians will no longer have access to Skyward. Be sure to download all necessary documents before this deadline!

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS:

• Will be automatically sent to the college you listed on your Senior Check-Out Survey once final transcripts are completed.

• Colleges may take time to process transcripts, so don’t worry if it doesn’t appear right away.

• If not received, contact your college’s admissions office first before reaching out to AHS Transcripts.

• Do not request a final transcript in Parchment unless you are sending it to a different or new college not listed on your survey.

TO REQUEST YOUR COLLIN COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT:

If you took any classes at Collin College while at AHS and your college in the fall also requires your Collin transcript, you must request it directly from Collin.
