Allen ISD was recently ranked the No. 1 Best District in the Dallas Fort Worth area and the No. 2 Best School District in Texas, according to Niche.com. Nationally, Allen ISD ranked No. 57 out of more than 10,000 school districts, continuing to stand out as a premier school district in the country.
But the rankings go beyond academics.
Allen ISD was also named the No. 1 Best Place to Teach in DFW and ranked No. 2 for Best Teachers in the region. In Collin County, Allen ISD earned the top ranking for school districts, places to teach, teachers, and athletics.
Together, those rankings reflect what families and staff experience across Allen ISD each day: strong schools, opportunities for students, and a community invested in student success.
“These outstanding rankings reflect the dedication of our entire school community,” said Kim McLaughlin, Acting Superintendent of Schools. “Our teachers and staff work tirelessly to create exceptional learning opportunities for every student.”
