Senior Final Exam Exemption Policy

Seniors at Allen High School can earn final exam exemptions by adhering to the requirements in the Senior Exemption Policy.

Fall final exam exemptions are earned for one-semester courses only.
Spring final exam exemptions are earned for full-year courses only.

No exams may be taken early.

Please contact your house office if you have questions about making up missed exams. Students have 10 days to complete a missed exam once the school year resumes in the spring or within 10 days of the conclusion of the spring semester.

Exemptions are from taking the exam, NOT from attending school.

Criteria for Exemptions:

Attendance
3 Absences + 90 or Better
2 Absences + 80 or Better

Fines
No Current Library/ID Fines
No Class Fees or Dues
All Equipment Checked In

Discipline
No Tier II or Tier III Honor Code Violations
No Suspensions (ISS or OSS)
No Discipline AEP

Eagle Engagement
Fall: 50 Eagle Engagement Points
Spring: 100 Eagle Engagement Points

Spring Semester ONLY
Must submit FAFSA/TASFA or complete the opt-out form to be eligible for the spring exam exemptions.
