Allen ISD is inviting parents and guardians to an online session focused on Dual Credit Opportunities, taking place October 8 at noon. The session is part of the Raising Eagles parent education series and will help families understand how high school students can begin earning college credit early.
Speakers for the session include Academic Advisors Mary Sunderhaus and Katy Spaniel, as well as Director of College Career and Military Readiness Toni Crisler. The discussion will cover how dual credit works, what students and families can expect, and practical advice for supporting student success.
The event is held in partnership with Collin College, which offers a wide range of dual credit options for Allen High School students through its Campus.
The session will be conducted online, and registration is open now at https://weareallen.com/s/re20251008
