The Peer Assistance and Leadership (PAL) class trains students in the skills they need to help other students, both at Ereckson Middle School and the Elementary schools, with academic and/or personal challenges.  PAL is a service-oriented organization focused on both school and community.  The students conduct mediation and mentoring programs throughout the year in order to foster meaningful relationships and promote citizenship.  This class is a full-year course and is made up of 8th-grade students who are selected by a panel that interviews applicants.
