The Allen ISD Technology Help Desk was created in 2016 to provide AISD staff with a centralized point of contact for Information Technology support. If you are a staff member in need of assistance, please open a Help Desk ticket by logging on to our website and clicking Help Desk or calling 469-675-2000.
Normal operating hours during the school year are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm, and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the summer, the hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
