Allen ISD cooperates with approved community partners by posting flyers online and distributing them electronically through our service provider, Peachjar. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

The flyer will automatically be submitted to the district’s Public Information Office for approval. Once approved, the flyer will be emailed to all parents within the district and posted online. Paper flyers will no longer be distributed on the campuses.
Allen ISD uses an electronic flyer distribution service called Peachjar. With Peachjar, flyers from community organizations are distributed through a weekly email and posted on school Web sites. This is part of our ongoing effort to focus resources on education while reducing the environmental impact of our activities.
In accordance with Allen ISD policy, only communications sponsored by the district or a district-affiliated/school-support organization are permitted for distribution and circulation through district resources. All communication material must be pre-approved by and distributed through Allen ISD’s Public Information Office.
This policy pertains to all forms of communication, including but not limited to: flyers, posters, handbills, photographs, pictures, yard signs, electronic marquees, coupons, films, tapes, other written materials, other printed materials, other visual materials, other auditory materials, and all social media platforms.

Flyers are currently reviewed on a weekly basis for distribution (usually on Thursday) during the school year.
