Carter Nekvapil, State Runner-up

The depth across the lineup proved critical in securing the championship and reinforcing Allen’s reputation as a perennial powerhouse.
The Allen girls wrestling team also delivered an impressive performance, earning a third-place finish in the UIL 6A team standings with 70 points. El Paso Eastwood claimed the team title with 82.50 points, followed by Lewisville Flower Mound with 71.00 points. Allen’s podium finish reflects the continued growth and competitiveness of the girls program on the state stage.
The girls team is led by Enrique M. Menendez, Head Coach of Girls Wrestling, whose leadership continues to elevate the program and guide student-athletes to success.
The boys program is led by head coach Jerry Best, whose leadership continues to guide Allen through championship success.
