Taylor Nguyen found her place behind the lens and in the control room at Allen High School. As a member of the Eagle Stadium Crew, she operated the cameras for the jumbotron during home games. She also served as a photographer for the Allen Eagle Football Managers and worked as an intern for the Allen ISD communications department. When she was not capturing sports, she led as the Vice President of UNICEF.
Taylor values the scale of Allen High School. She believes the size of the school provided her with unique opportunities. Her favorite memories include eating with friends after Friday night football games. These moments followed long hours of traveling with the team during the playoffs to document their journey.
She encourages younger students to remain open-minded and to accept every opportunity available to them. This mindset allowed her to gain professional experience within the school community before graduation. Taylor is grateful for the experiences that prepared her for her next chapter in Austin.
