A graphic designed like a stage marquee with spotlights shining from each corner. At the top, a banner reads "COMMUNITY" in white text on a blue background with an eagle logo, followed by "ENGAGEMENT" in white text on a red background. Below, the word "NIGHT" appears in large block letters outlined in red, filled with glowing marquee lights. At the bottom, a lighted marquee sign reads "LIGHTS • CAMERA • ACTION" in bold black text on a white background framed with red trim and yellow bulbs. The entire design glows against a blue spotlight background.
